【CDの受け取りに関して】

・店舗での商品お受け取りは、2025/9/30(火)以降と夕方以降可能となります。
・商品のお取り置き期間は入荷日から２週間となります。
・お取り置き期限終了後は、商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。

・長期不在や住所不明、不在受取の連絡が取れない等、期間までに商品を受け取りいただけない場合、期間以降に商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。

【注意事項／禁止事項】

・イベント時間は当日の進行状況で前後する場合がございます。

・ご観覧の際は決められたエリアの内でご観覧お願いします。

・前方エリアに空きがある場合は、整理券をお持ちでないお客様を最後尾にてご案内する可能性がございます。

・イベント中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせください。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もスタッフにお知らせください。

・有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演　者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

・客席を含む会場内外の映像、写真が一般に公開される場合がございます。

・ファンレターやプレゼントはプレゼントBOXにお持ちください。アーティストに直接渡す行為は禁止いたします。

・会場までの交通費、宿泊費等はお客様ご自身のご負担となります。万が一、イベントが中止になった場合も同様となりますので予めご了承ください。

・イベント中はスタッフの指示に従っていただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。指示に従っていただけない場合、会場からご退場いただく場合がございます。

・会場内外で他のお客様の迷惑になる行為はおやめください。

・会場は商業施設内となります。イベントに参加されないお客様も多数おられます。どうぞご留意願います。

・通行のためのスペース確保にご協力ください。

・館内での座り込みや営業店舗への迷惑行為などは固く禁止いたします。

・TMTSが関連するイベントでスタッフより警告を三回受けたお客様は、出入り禁止措置とさせていただきます。

・行為等が悪質であった場合、三回の警告を待たずして出入り禁止措置を実施する場合がございます。

・出入り禁止措置を受けたお客様の入場は一切お断りいたします。

 

【LIVEガイドライン】

・施設ルールによりコール・ジャンプは禁止となります。

・ライブ中、ペンライト、タオル、うちわ、被り物などを肩より上に上げる行為はご遠慮ください。

・ライブ中、メンバーが客席に降りてパフォーマンスをする場合がございます。接触は禁止となりますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

・フリップ／うちわ等で過剰な要求をする行為はご遠慮ください。

・許可のない撮影/録音は禁止となります。

 

【特典券・前方エリア整理券】

・前方エリア整理券は対象の商品を一点以上お買い上げの方を対象に配布となります。

・前方エリア整理券の配布はお一人様1枚までとなります。

・券の交換、譲渡は禁止です。

・特典会中、お客様の要求においてスタッフが不適当だと判断した場合、お断りする可能　　性がございます。

・スタッフからの「最終集合アナウンス」終了後にお越しいただいた際のご対応はいたしか　ねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・ご参加者様の待機列が途切れ次第、特典会終了となります。

・アーティストの体調不良によりグリーティングが実施できなくなった場合においても、払　い戻し／後日対応はいたしません。

TMTS Debut 1st Single “Take You to the Sky” Launch Event at Kameido Clock

After about a year and a half of preparation, the 5-member boy band TMTS will finally make their official debut!

To celebrate the release of their debut 1st single, the “Take You to the Sky” Launch Event will be held at Kameido Clock!

With the concept “From Shibuya to the World”, their global sound is something you won’t want to miss. Regardless of age, nationality, or gender, they will deliver a live performance without barriers—directly to you.

In addition to a mini live performance, a special bonus event will also take place.

• Choose one of the three poses announced on the day.
• Photos will be taken with the customer’s smartphone/mobile device.
• Screen recording, audio recording, and live photo mode are not allowed.
• Retakes permitted only if faces are unclear due to overexposure or blur.
• No conversation time included.
• Members’ positions cannot be specified.

[3 Bonus Tickets] Free-Pose Two-Shot Photo Session

• Please stand in the designated position.
• Physical contact is not allowed.
• A transparent acrylic panel will be used for the hi-touch.
• Pose is free—please decide in advance.
• Photos will be taken with the customer’s smartphone/mobile device.
• Screen recording, audio recording, and live photo mode are not allowed.

• Members cannot be asked to hold objects.

 

Payment Methods

Cash, credit cards, e-money, and QR payments are accepted.

 

CD Pick-Up

• Store pick-up will be available from the evening of Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
• Products will be held for two weeks from the arrival date.
• After the hold period, products will no longer be available for pick-up and refunds will not be issued.
• If products cannot be delivered due to long-term absence, unknown address, or inability to contact, refunds will not be issued.
• If redelivery/forwarding becomes necessary due to customer circumstances, all associated costs will be borne by the customer.

 

Notes / Prohibited Actions

• Event times may change depending on progress on the day.
• Please remain within the designated viewing areas.
• If space remains in the priority area, customers without tickets may be guided to the back.
• If you feel unwell during the event, please notify nearby staff.
• In case of emergencies, first aid will be provided, but organizers/performers/venue are not responsible afterward.
• Photos and videos including the audience may be made public.
• Fan letters and gifts should be placed in the gift box. Do not hand them directly to the artists.
• Travel, accommodation, etc. are at the customer’s own expense. No refunds will be made if the event is canceled.
• Follow staff instructions at all times; failure to do so may result in removal.
• Acts causing trouble to others inside or outside the venue are prohibited.
• The event takes place inside a shopping facility; please be mindful of other customers.
• Do not block passageways.
• Sitting on the floor or disturbing stores is strictly prohibited.
• Customers who receive three staff warnings at TMTS events will be banned. In severe cases, bans may be issued immediately.
• Banned customers will not be allowed entry under any circumstances.

 

Live Guidelines

• Calls and jumping are prohibited by venue rules.
• During the live, refrain from raising penlights, towels, fans, or headwear above shoulder level.
• Members may perform within the audience; touching is prohibited.
• Excessive demands with flip boards/fans are prohibited.
• Unauthorized recording or photography is strictly prohibited.

 

Priority Area Tickets & Bonus Tickets

• Priority area tickets are distributed to customers who purchase at least one eligible product.
• Limit: one per person.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Distribution ends when the limit is reached.
• Bonus ticket distribution may end if event time is clearly exceeded.
• Manage tickets carefully. Lost/stolen/damaged tickets will not be reissued.
• Present the correct number of tickets to staff before joining.
• Tickets are distributed in number order, one per person.
• Please gather at the designated meeting spot by the assigned time.

 

Bonus Event Guidelines

• Any form of physical contact, inappropriate language, demanding behavior, asking for personal information, overstaying, handing gifts/letters directly (use the box), or recording during the greeting/waiting time is prohibited.
• If discovered, you will be removed immediately.
• Customers cannot ask artists to sit or squat.
• If staff judge customer requests inappropriate, they may be refused.
• Staff may guide by lightly touching customers or belongings.
• No participation allowed after the “final call” announcement.
• The bonus event ends once the waiting line is gone.
• No refunds if canceled due to artist health issues.
• False reports of the event on social media are prohibited.
