・当日の状況により、購入枚数制限を設けさせていただく場合がございます。

・ご予約の登録および受付は、当日イベント会場のみ有効です。

・ご予約の登録は、お客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)からの対応となりま　す。

・ご予約の登録には、お客様の携帯電話番号・メールアドレスが必要となります。

・『towerrecords.co.jp』のドメインからメールが配信されますので、予め受信が出来るよ　うに、ご自身の端末の設定をご確認ください。

・ご予約登録の際は、イベント会場に告知されているQRコードをお客様のスマートフォン/　ケータイ(一部機種を除く)から読み取ってください。表示された画面の「空メールを作成　する」ボタンを押して、差出人のアドレスをご確認の上、そのまま空メールを送信してく　ださい。

・「予約登録のご案内」メールが届いたら、メール本文のURLを開いて予約登録画面へアク　セスしてください。

・ご希望の予約商品をお選びいただき、数量・特典・注意事項を確認しながらご予約内容を　入力して登録してください。

・ご予約商品は、タワーレコード アリオ上尾店での受け取りもしくは配送(別途、送料900円)のいずれかをお選びいただけます。

・配送をご希望の場合、お会計毎に、送料のお支払いが必要となります。送り先が同じ場合　でも、精算後送料のおまとめは出来ませんので、予めご了承ください。

・予約登録が完了すると決済用ORコードが表示されます。この時点ではご予約は完了して　いませんので、決済用QRコードを会場のレジ窓口へご提示ください。

・ご予約内容を確認後、商品に応じた特典をお渡しします。決済確定後の変更・キャンセル　及び受取拒否は出来ません。

【CDの受け取りに関して】

・店舗での商品お受け取りは、2025/9/30(火)夕方以降となります。
・商品のお取り置き期間は発売日から4週間となります。
・お取り置き期限終了後は、商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねます　ので、予めご了承ください。
・商品お受け取りの際、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メール内のご注文　情報のURLを開いて、受け取り用のバーコードをご提示ください。バーコードは入荷日

　より表示されます。
・配送を希望された方は、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールのご注文　情報に記載の発送予定日より順次配送いたします。
・長期不在や住所不明、不在受取の連絡が取れない等、期間までに商品を受け取りいただけ　ない場合、期間以降に商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますの　　で、予めご了承ください。

【注意事項／禁止事項】

・イベント時間は当日の進行状況で前後する場合がございます。

・本イベントは夏場の開催となる為、帽子、タオル、冷却ハンディーファンの持参やこまめな水分補給・適度な塩分補給・休憩を取るなど熱中症対策をとった上でご参加ください。

・ご観覧の際は決められたエリアの内でご観覧お願いします。

・前方エリアに空きがある場合は、整理券をお持ちでないお客様を最後尾にてご案内する可　能性がございます。

・イベント中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせくだ　さい。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もス　タッフにお知らせください。

・有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演　者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

・客席を含む会場内外の映像、写真が一般に公開される場合がございます。

・ファンレターやプレゼントはプレゼントBOXにお持ちください。アーティストに直接渡　す行為は禁止いたします。

・会場までの交通費、宿泊費等はお客様ご自身のご負担となります。万が一、イベントが中　止になった場合も同様となりますので予めご了承ください。

・イベント中はスタッフの指示に従っていただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。指示　に従っていただけない場合、会場からご退場いただく場合がございます。

・会場内外で他のお客様の迷惑になる行為はおやめください。

・会場は商業施設内となります。イベントに参加されないお客様も多数おられます。どうぞ　ご留意願います。

・通行のためのスペース確保にご協力ください。

・館内での座り込みや営業店舗への迷惑行為などは固く禁止いたします。

・TMTSが関連するイベントでスタッフより警告を三回受けたお客様は、出入り禁止措置と　させていただきます。

・行為等が悪質であった場合、三回の警告を待たずして出入り禁止措置を実施する場合が　　ございます。

・出入り禁止措置を受けたお客様の入場は一切お断りいたします。

 

【LIVEガイドライン】

・メンバーから案内がない場面で、大声で歌唱する行為／過剰な声掛け等はご遠慮くださ　　い。

・ライブ中、ペンライト、タオル、うちわ、被り物などを肩より上に上げる行為はご遠慮　　ください。

・ライブ中、メンバーが客席に降りてパフォーマンスをする場合がございます。接触は禁止　となりますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

・フリップ／うちわ等で過剰な要求をする行為はご遠慮ください。

・許可のない撮影/録音は禁止となります。

 

【特典券・前方エリア整理券】

・前方エリア整理券は対象の商品を一点以上お買い上げの方を対象に配布となります。

・前方エリア整理券の配布はお一人様1枚までとなります。

・券の交換、譲渡は禁止です。

・券の配布は定員に達し次第終了いたします。

・特典券の配布状況から、設けられた特典会の時間より明らかに超過すると判断した場合、　特典券の配布を終了する可能性があります。

・アーティストへの接触行為、アーティストが不快に感じる言動（叱責／問い詰める行為な　ど）、個人情報を聞き出す行為、特典会時間を過ぎての居座り行為、プレゼントや手紙な　どを直接渡す行為（プレゼントBOXにお持ちください）、グリーティング及び待機中の　録音／録画／撮影行為、その他、スタッフが不適切と判断する言こ動は一切禁止といたし　ます。発覚した場合、即刻会場からご退場いただきます。

・特典会中、アーティストに座る／しゃがむ行為を要求することはできません。

・特典会中、お客様の要求においてスタッフが不適当だと判断した場合、お断りする可能　　性がございます。

・スタッフがお客様のお身体やお荷物に触れて誘導する場合がございます。

・スタッフからの「最終集合アナウンス」終了後にお越しいただいた際のご対応はいたしか　ねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・ご参加者様の待機列が途切れ次第、特典会終了となります。

・アーティストの体調不良によりグリーティングが実施できなくなった場合においても、払　い戻し／後日対応はいたしません。

「Take You to the Sky」 Launch Event!!!

After approximately a year and a half of their pre-debut period, the five-member boy band TMTS is set to make its official debut. To celebrate the release of their debut first single, “Take You to the Sky”, they will appear at mori Fes. 2025—a special event held at AEON LakeTown mori from September 20 to 23!

Under the motto “From Shibuya to the World,” TMTS delivers a global sound that transcends age, nationality, and gender—bringing a barrier-free experience directly to you.

At the Launch Event, they will hold both a mini live concert and a fan perks session.

CD Information

• 1 perks ticket → Individual high-touch session (behind a clear acrylic panel)

  • Remove any hand accessories before participating

• 2 perks tickets → Team shot with a specified pose

  • No physical contact

  • Choose from three poses announced on the day

  • Photo taken with your own smartphone

  • Recording, screen recording, live mode—all prohibited

  • Only reshoot if face is not recognizable (due to glare or blur)

  • No talk time, no position preferences for members

• 3 perks tickets → Two-shot with member, free pose

  • No physical contact (high-touch behind acrylic panel still)

  • Free pose as desired (decide in advance)

  • Use your own smartphone

  • Recording, screen recording, live mode—all prohibited

  • Reshoot only if face is not recognizable

  • No talk time, no placing items in members’ hands

Payment Methods

Note: Non-cash transactions depend on network status and may not be available during the event. Also, point services, parking discounts, and receipts/receipts are not supported. No cancellations or refunds after purchase; defective CDs will be exchanged.

CD Reservation Process

• Reservations may be limited depending on day-of circumstances.

• Reservations must be made onsite at the event, via smartphone/feature phone (excluding some models).

• You’ll need your mobile number and email address.

• Make sure your device can receive emails from the domain towerrecords.co.jp.

• At the event, scan the provided QR code to send a blank email to begin the reservation.

• You’ll then receive a “Reservation Info” email with a URL—follow this to choose your product, quantity, and confirm details.

• Select either pickup at Tower Records Ario Ageo or delivery (shipping fee: ¥900). Shipping fees are per transaction and cannot be combined.

• A QR code for payment will appear—but your reservation isn’t finalized until you complete payment at the booth.

• After payment, you’ll receive a “Payment Complete/Pickup Info” email—do not delete this!

• If you don’t receive it, contact staff.

• For customers without a mobile device, please ask staff for assistance.

CD Pickup Details

• In‑store pickup available starting after the evening of Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

• Reserved items held for 4 weeks from release date.

• After the hold period ends, pickup is not possible and refunds are not provided.

• Show the barcode from your “Payment Complete/Pickup Info” email at pickup; it becomes visible from the restock date.

• For delivery orders, dispatch begins from the scheduled shipping date.

• If delivery fails due to address issues or prolonged absence, items cannot be reissued or refunded.

• Any additional delivery or redelivery fees due to customer issues are your responsibility.

Important Guidelines / Prohibited Behavior

• Event times may change based on progress.

• It will be summer—please come prepared with hats, towels, handheld fans, and drink/salt as needed to prevent heatstroke.

• Stay within designated viewing areas during the performance.

• If front-area ticket holders are absent, remaining space may be opened to latecomers (final decision by staff).

• If you feel unwell, inform nearby staff immediately. Also do so if you see others in distress.

• Organizers are not responsible for anything beyond initial first aid during emergencies.

• Photos/videos of attendees (you included) may be taken and publicly shared during the event.

• Fan letters or gifts must go into the gift box; direct handoff to artists is prohibited.

• Travel and accommodation expenses are your responsibility—even if the event is canceled.

• Please follow staff instructions; repeated warnings may lead to removal or ban from future events.

• Misbehavior inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. No loitering or disruption in shops or aisles.

• If you receive three warnings related to TMTS events, you may be banned from participation—serious misconduct could result in an immediate ban.

• During the live:

  • Avoid loud singing, excessive chanting unless instructed.

  • No raising penlights, towels, fans, or props above shoulder height.

  • Avoid demanding behavior with flip boards/uchiwa.

  • No unauthorized filming or recording.

• At the perks session:

  • No touching or inappropriate behavior.

  • No extracting personal data from artists.

  • No lingering beyond time limit or handing items directly.

  • No recording or sharing false reports on social media.
