イベント会場でのお支払い方法は現金、クレジット一括、各種QRコード決済のみとなっております。

ポイントカ－ドサービス／その他クーポン等の割引、駐車券の発行は全て対象外です。

【CD予約方法】

・当日の状況により、購入枚数制限を設けさせていただく場合がございます。

・ご予約の登録および受付は、当日イベント会場のみ有効です。

・ご予約の登録は、お客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)からの対応となります。

・ご予約の登録には、お客様の携帯電話番号・メールアドレスが必要となります。

・『towerrecords.co.jp』のドメインからメールが配信されますので、予め受信が出来るように、ご自身の端末の設定をご確認ください。

・ご予約登録の際は、イベント会場に告知されているQRコードをお客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)から読み取ってください。表示された画面の「空メールを作成する」ボタンを押して、差出人のアドレスをご確認の上、そのまま空メールを送信してください。

・「予約登録のご案内」メールが届いたら、メール本文のURLを開いて予約登録画面へアクセスしてください。

・ご希望の予約商品をお選びいただき、数量・特典・注意事項を確認しながらご予約内容を入力して登録してください。

・ご予約商品は、タワーレコード渋谷店での受け取りもしくは配送(別途、送料900円)のいずれかをお選びいただけます。

・配送をご希望の場合、お会計毎に、送料のお支払いが必要となります。送り先が同じ場合でも、精算後送料のおまとめは出来ませんので、予めご了承ください。

・予約登録が完了すると決済用ORコードが表示されます。この時点ではご予約は完了していませんので、決済用QRコードを会場のレジ窓口へご提示ください。

・ご予約内容を確認後、商品に応じた特典をお渡しします。決済確定後の変更・キャンセル　及び受取拒否は出来ません。

・ご予約商品お支払い後、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールが届きますので、この時点で予約受付が完了します。店頭にてお受け取りの際に必要となりますので、大切に保管してください。万が一、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールが届いてない場合は、必ずスタッフまでお尋ねください。

【CDの受け取りに関して】

・店舗での商品お受け取りは、2025/9月30日(火)以降となります。
・商品のお取り置き期間は発売日から4週間となります。
・お取り置き期限終了後は、商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。
・商品お受け取りの際、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メール内のご注文情報のURLを開いて、受け取り用のバーコードをご提示ください。バーコードは入荷日より表示されます。

・スクリーンショットはご利用いただけません。
・配送を希望された方は、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールのご注文情報に記載の発送予定日より順次配送いたします。
・長期不在や住所不明、不在受取の連絡が取れない等、期間までに商品を受け取りいただけない場合、期間以降に商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。

【熱中症対策について】

※本イベントは夏場の開催となる為、帽子、タオル、冷却ハンディーファンの持参やこまめな水分補給・適度な塩分補給・休憩を取るなど熱中症対策をとった上でご参加ください。

※参加中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせください。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もスタッフにお知らせください。

※ご参加時はくれぐれも無理をなさらぬようご注意ください。

※有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

※熱中症対策のため、日傘の使用は可能ですが、ご利用時は下記「傘使用時の注意事項」にご協力ください。

 

【注意事項／禁止事項】

・イベント時間は当日の進行状況で前後する場合がございます。

・ご観覧の際は決められたエリアの内でご観覧お願いします。

・前方エリアに空きがある場合は、整理券をお持ちでないお客様を最後尾にてご案内する可能性がございます。

・イベント中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせください。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もスタッフにお知らせください。

・有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

・客席を含む会場内外の映像、写真が一般に公開される場合がございます。

・ファンレターやプレゼントはプレゼントBOXにお持ちください。アーティストに直接渡す行為は禁止いたします。

・会場までの交通費、宿泊費等はお客様ご自身のご負担となります。万が一、イベントが中止になった場合も同様となりますので予めご了承ください。

・イベント中はスタッフの指示に従っていただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。指示に従っていただけない場合、会場からご退場いただく場合がございます。

・会場内外で他のお客様の迷惑になる行為はおやめください。

・会場は商業施設内となります。イベントに参加されないお客様も多数おられます。どうぞご留意願います。

・通行のためのスペース確保にご協力ください。

・館内での座り込みや営業店舗への迷惑行為などは固く禁止いたします。

・TMTSが関連するイベントでスタッフより警告を三回受けたお客様は、出入り禁止措置とさせていただきます。

・行為等が悪質であった場合、三回の警告を待たずして出入り禁止措置を実施する場合がございます。

・出入り禁止措置を受けたお客様の入場は一切お断りいたします。

 

【LIVEガイドライン】

・メンバーから案内がない場面で、大声で歌唱する行為／過剰な声掛け等はご遠慮ください。

・ライブ中、ペンライト、タオル、うちわ、被り物などを肩より上に上げる行為はご遠慮ください。

・ライブ中、メンバーが客席に降りてパフォーマンスをする場合がございます。接触は禁止となりますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

・フリップ／うちわ等で過剰な要求をする行為はご遠慮ください。

・許可のない撮影/録音は禁止となります。

 

【特典券・前方エリア整理券】

・前方エリア整理券は対象の商品を一点以上お買い上げの方を対象に配布となります。

・券の交換、譲渡は禁止です。

・券の配布は定員に達し次第終了いたします。

・特典券の配布状況から、設けられた特典会の時間より明らかに超過すると判断した場合、特典券の配布を終了する可能性があります。

・券類はご自身で管理をお願いいたします。

【特典会ガイドライン】

・アーティストへの接触行為、アーティストが不快に感じる言動（叱責／問い詰める行為など）、個人情報を聞き出す行為、特典会時間を過ぎての居座り行為、プレゼントや手紙などを直接渡す行為（プレゼントBOXにお持ちください）、グリーティング及び待機中の録音／録画／撮影行為、その他、スタッフが不適切と判断する言動は一切禁止といたします。発覚した場合、即刻会場からご退場いただきます。

・特典会中、アーティストに座る／しゃがむ行為を要求することはできません。

・特典会中、お客様の要求においてスタッフが不適当だと判断した場合、お断りする可能性がございます。

・スタッフがお客様のお身体やお荷物に触れて誘導する場合がございます。

・スタッフからの「最終集合アナウンス」終了後にお越しいただいた際のご対応はいたしかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・ご参加者様の待機列が途切れ次第、特典会終了となります。

・アーティストの体調不良によりグリーティングが実施できなくなった場合においても、払い戻し／後日対応はいたしません。

・SNS等で、虚偽の特典会レポートを流布することは禁止とさせていただきます。

"Take You to the Sky" Launch Event!!!

After about a year and a half of a pre-debut period, the five-member boy band TMTS has officially decided to debut.

To celebrate the release of their debut 1st Single, the "Take You to the Sky" Launch Event has been announced!

Their global sound, with the concept of "From Shibuya to the World," is not to be missed!

Regardless of age, nationality, or gender, they will deliver a live performance with no walls between them and you.

The Launch Event will feature not only a mini live performance but also a fan event!

• 2 Tickets: Pose-Specified Team Photo Session

  • Please remain in the designated standing position.

  • No physical contact is allowed.

  • You can choose from three poses announced on the day.

  • Photos will be taken with your own smartphone.

  • No screen recording/voice recording/live mode is allowed.

  • Photos will only be retaken if the face is unrecognizable due to lighting or blur.

  • Talking time is not included.

  • You cannot specify the position of the members.

• 3 Tickets: Free-Pose Two-Shot Photo Session

  • Please remain in the designated standing position.

  • No physical contact is allowed.

  • High-fives will be conducted with an acrylic divider.

  • Poses can be chosen freely. Please decide on your pose beforehand.

  • Photos will be taken with your own smartphone.

  • No screen recording/voice recording/live mode is allowed.

  • Photos will only be retaken if the face is unrecognizable due to lighting or blur.

  • You cannot ask members to hold objects.

[Payment Methods]

• Payment methods at the event venue: Cash, Credit Card (one-time payment), and various QR Code payment options.

• Note: Point card services, coupons, and parking tickets are not applicable.

[How to Pre-order the CD]

• There may be limits on the number of items you can purchase depending on the situation on the day of the event.

• Pre-order registration and acceptance are valid only at the event venue on the day of the event.

• To pre-order, use your smartphone or cell phone (some models may not be compatible).

• You will need to provide your phone number and email address for registration.

• Emails will be sent from the domain @towerrecords.co.jp, so please ensure you can receive these messages.

• To register, scan the QR code at the event venue with your phone, create an empty email, and send it.

• After receiving the registration confirmation email, follow the link to complete your pre-order.

• You can choose to either pick up your pre-order at Tower Records Shibuya or have it shipped (shipping fee of ¥900).

• You will be required to pay the shipping fee separately if you choose delivery.

[CD Pickup Information]

• You can pick up your product at the store starting September 30, 2025.

• The pickup period is 4 weeks from the release date.

• After the pickup period ends, items will not be available for collection, and no refunds will be issued.

• If you have selected delivery, your order will be shipped on the scheduled delivery date provided in the confirmation email.

• If you are unavailable for delivery or fail to pick up your order in time, the product will not be available for pickup and no refund will be given.

[Heatstroke Prevention Tips]

• As the event is held during the summer, please bring hats, towels, portable cooling fans, and drink water regularly to prevent heatstroke.

• If you feel unwell during the event, please inform the nearest staff member.

• Note: If there is a medical emergency, the event staff will provide first aid, but they are not responsible for further treatment.

Umbrella Usage:

• You may use an umbrella for heatstroke prevention; however, please follow the guidelines for umbrella usage.

[Important Notes / Prohibited Actions]

• Event times may vary depending on progress.

• Please stay within the designated viewing areas.

• If the front area is not full, non-ticket holders may be allowed at the back.

• If you feel unwell or see others in distress, please notify the staff immediately.

• No filming, recording, or taking photos without permission.

• No direct handing of gifts or letters to the artists. Please use the designated gift box.

Transportation and Accommodation Costs:

• Travel and accommodation expenses are at your own cost. If the event is canceled, these costs will not be refunded.

• Event Behavior:

  • Please cooperate with the staff's instructions during the event.

  • If you engage in inappropriate behavior or fail to follow instructions, you may be asked to leave.

  • Refrain from disturbing others or blocking walkways in the venue.

• Photography/Recording:

  • Unauthorized photography and recording are prohibited during the live show.

  • Loud singing, waving lightsticks/towels, or any other actions that disturb others are also prohibited.

[Fan Event Guidelines]

• No touching the artist or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

• Do not ask artists to sit/stand during fan events unless instructed.

• Important: Please be aware that if you fail to follow the rules, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
