・ご観覧の際は決められたエリアの内でご観覧お願いします。

・前方エリアに空きがある場合は、整理券をお持ちでないお客様を最後尾にてご案内する可　能性がございます。

・イベント中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせくだ　さい。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もス　タッフにお知らせください。

・有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演　者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

・客席を含む会場内外の映像、写真が一般に公開される場合がございます。

・ファンレターやプレゼントはプレゼントBOXにお持ちください。アーティストに直接渡　す行為は禁止いたします。

・会場までの交通費、宿泊費等はお客様ご自身のご負担となります。万が一、イベントが中　止になった場合も同様となりますので予めご了承ください。

・イベント中はスタッフの指示に従っていただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。指示　に従っていただけない場合、会場からご退場いただく場合がございます。

・会場内外で他のお客様の迷惑になる行為はおやめください。

・会場は商業施設内となります。イベントに参加されないお客様も多数おられます。どうぞ　ご留意願います。

・通行のためのスペース確保にご協力ください。

・館内での座り込みや営業店舗への迷惑行為などは固く禁止いたします。

・TMTSが関連するイベントでスタッフより警告を三回受けたお客様は、出入り禁止措置と　させていただきます。

・行為等が悪質であった場合、三回の警告を待たずして出入り禁止措置を実施する場合が　　ございます。

・出入り禁止措置を受けたお客様の入場は一切お断りいたします。

 

【熱中症対策について】

・本イベントは夏場の開催となる為、帽子、タオル、冷却ハンディーファンの持参やこまめな水分補給・適度な塩分補給・休憩を取るなど熱中症対策をとった上でご参加ください。

・参加中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせください。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もスタッフにお知らせください。

・ご参加時はくれぐれも無理をなさらぬようご注意ください。

・有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

・熱中症対策以外での飲食物の持ち込みは禁止となります。

 

【LIVEガイドライン】

・施設ルールによりコール・ジャンプは禁止となります。

・ライブ中、ペンライト、タオル、うちわ、被り物などを肩より上に上げる行為はご遠慮　　ください。

・ライブ中、メンバーが客席に降りてパフォーマンスをする場合がございます。接触は禁止　となりますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

・フリップ／うちわ等で過剰な要求をする行為はご遠慮ください。

・許可のない撮影/録音は禁止となります。

 

【特典券・前方エリア整理券】

・前方エリア整理券は対象の商品を一点以上お買い上げの方を対象に配布となります。

・アーティストへの接触行為、アーティストが不快に感じる言動（叱責／問い詰める行為な　ど）、個人情報を聞き出す行為、特典会時間を過ぎての居座り行為、プレゼントや手紙な　どを直接渡す行為（プレゼントBOXにお持ちください）、グリーティング及び待機中の　録音／録画／撮影行為、その他、スタッフが不適切と判断する言こ動は一切禁止といたし　ます。発覚した場合、即刻会場からご退場いただきます。

・特典会中、アーティストに座る／しゃがむ行為を要求することはできません。

・特典会中、お客様の要求においてスタッフが不適当だと判断した場合、お断りする可能　　性がございます。

・スタッフがお客様のお身体やお荷物に触れて誘導する場合がございます。

・スタッフからの「最終集合アナウンス」終了後にお越しいただいた際のご対応はいたしか　ねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・ご参加者様の待機列が途切れ次第、特典会終了となります。

・アーティストの体調不良によりグリーティングが実施できなくなった場合においても、払　い戻し／後日対応はいたしません。

After about a year and a half of pre-debut activities, the 5-member boy band “TMTS” is finally making their official debut!

To celebrate the release of their 1st single “Take You to the Sky”, a Launch Event on the weekday before the release date has been confirmed!!

 

With the concept of “From Shibuya to the World”, their global sound is must-see.

Regardless of age, nationality, or gender, they will deliver a barrier-free live performance for YOU.

In addition to the mini live show, a special benefit event will also be held!

• Choose from three poses announced on the day.

• Use your own smartphone or mobile device for shooting.

• Recording, screen capture, or live streaming is prohibited.

• Retakes are allowed only if faces are not recognizable due to glare or blur.

• Talking time is not included.

• Member positions cannot be specified.

 

[3 Benefit Tickets] Free Pose Two-Shot Photo Session

• Please stand at your designated position.

• Physical contact is prohibited.

• Photos will be taken using a transparent acrylic board.

• Poses are free; please decide in advance.

• Use your own smartphone or mobile device for photography.

• Recording, screen capture, or live mode is prohibited.

• Retakes are allowed only if faces are not recognizable due to glare or blur.

• Talking time is not included.

• Members cannot hold objects.

 

[Lottery Winners Only] Individual CD Signing Event

• You may pre-select one member for signing.

• Signing time is limited to 20 seconds.

• Please stand at your designated position.

• Physical contact is prohibited.

• Recording or filming is prohibited.

• Pen color cannot be specified.

• Signing is only allowed on eligible products purchased that day.

• You may specify the signing location.

• Only signatures are allowed, no additional writing.

【Notes / Prohibited Actions】

• Event times may vary depending on the progress of the day.

• Please stay within the designated area when viewing the event.

• If there are open spaces in the priority area, customers without a ticket may be guided to the end of the line.

• If you feel unwell during the event, please notify the nearest staff member. Likewise, if you notice another guest experiencing sudden illness or discomfort, please alert staff.

• In case of emergency, first aid will be provided; however, the organizer, performers, and venue staff cannot assume responsibility or liability thereafter.

• Photos and videos taken inside and outside the venue, including the audience, may be made public.

• Fan letters and gifts should be placed in the designated gift box. Handing items directly to the artist is prohibited.

• Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of each guest. Please note that in the event of cancellation, these costs will not be reimbursed.

• Please follow staff instructions during the event. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.

• Refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests inside or outside the venue.

• The venue is located within a commercial facility. Many visitors will not be participating in the event, so please be mindful.

• Please cooperate in keeping passageways clear.

• Sitting on the floor or disturbing businesses within the facility is strictly prohibited.

• Any guest who receives three warnings from staff at TMTS-related events will be permanently banned from entry.

• In cases of severe misconduct, a ban may be enforced without prior warnings.

• Guests who have been banned will not be permitted to enter under any circumstances.

 

【LIVE Guidelines】

• Due to facility rules, fanchant and jumping are prohibited.

• During the live performance, please refrain from raising penlights, towels, fans, or headwear above shoulder height.

• Members may perform in the audience area during the live. Physical contact is prohibited.

• Please refrain from excessive demands using flip signs, fans, etc.

• Unauthorized recording or photography is prohibited.

 

【Benefit Tickets & Priority Area Tickets】

• Priority area tickets are distributed to those who purchase at least one eligible product.

• Distribution is limited to one ticket per person.

• Tickets may not be exchanged or transferred.

• Distribution ends once capacity is reached.

• If it is determined that the number of benefit tickets distributed will clearly exceed the scheduled event time, ticket distribution may be stopped.

• Please manage your tickets responsibly.

• Please check the number of tickets you are handing over to staff.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.

• Priority area tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (one per person).

• Guests holding a priority area ticket must gather at the designated meeting point by the specified time.

 

【Benefit Event Guidelines】

• Any physical contact with the artist, behavior that may cause discomfort (scolding, pressing with questions, etc.), attempts to obtain personal information, remaining after your turn, handing gifts or letters directly to the artist (please use the gift box), recording/filming during greetings or while waiting, and any other conduct deemed inappropriate by staff is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the venue immediately.

• During the benefit event, you may not ask the artist to sit or crouch.

• If staff determine whether a customer’s request is inappropriate, it may be refused.

• Staff may guide guests by lightly touching their belongings or people.

• After the “final call” announcement, we will no longer be able to accommodate late arrivals.

• The benefit event will end once the waiting line is finished.

• Even if greetings cannot be held due to artist health issues, refunds or alternative arrangements will not be provided.

• Spreading false reports of the benefit event on social media is strictly prohibited.
