【注意事項／禁止事項】

・イベント時間は当日の進行状況で前後する場合がございます。

・ご観覧の際は決められたエリアの内でご観覧お願いします。

・前方エリアに空きがある場合は、整理券をお持ちでないお客様を最後尾にてご案内する可　能性がございます。

・イベント中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせくだ　さい。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もス　タッフにお知らせください。

・有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演　者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

・客席を含む会場内外の映像、写真が一般に公開される場合がございます。

・ファンレターやプレゼントはプレゼントBOXにお持ちください。アーティストに直接渡　す行為は禁止いたします。

・会場までの交通費、宿泊費等はお客様ご自身のご負担となります。万が一、イベントが中　止になった場合も同様となりますので予めご了承ください。

・イベント中はスタッフの指示に従っていただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。指示　に従っていただけない場合、会場からご退場いただく場合がございます。

・会場内外で他のお客様の迷惑になる行為はおやめください。

・会場は商業施設内となります。イベントに参加されないお客様も多数おられます。どうぞ　ご留意願います。

・通行のためのスペース確保にご協力ください。

・館内での座り込みや営業店舗への迷惑行為などは固く禁止いたします。

・TMTSが関連するイベントでスタッフより警告を三回受けたお客様は、出入り禁止措置と　させていただきます。

・行為等が悪質であった場合、三回の警告を待たずして出入り禁止措置を実施する場合が　　ございます。

・出入り禁止措置を受けたお客様の入場は一切お断りいたします。

 

【LIVEガイドライン】

・施設ルールによりコール・ジャンプは禁止となります。

・ライブ中、ペンライト、タオル、うちわ、被り物などを肩より上に上げる行為はご遠慮　　ください。

・ライブ中、メンバーが客席に降りてパフォーマンスをする場合がございます。接触は禁止　となりますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

・フリップ／うちわ等で過剰な要求をする行為はご遠慮ください。

・許可のない撮影/録音は禁止となります。

 

【特典券・前方エリア整理券】

・前方エリア整理券は対象の商品を一点以上お買い上げの方を対象に配布となります。

・前方エリア整理券の配布はお一人様1枚までとなります。

・券の交換、譲渡は禁止です。

・券の配布は定員に達し次第終了いたします。

・特典券の配布状況から、設けられた特典会の時間より明らかに超過すると判断した場合、　特典券の配布を終了する可能性があります。

・アーティストへの接触行為、アーティストが不快に感じる言動（叱責／問い詰める行為な　ど）、個人情報を聞き出す行為、特典会時間を過ぎての居座り行為、プレゼントや手紙な　どを直接渡す行為（プレゼントBOXにお持ちください）、グリーティング及び待機中の　録音／録画／撮影行為、その他、スタッフが不適切と判断する言こ動は一切禁止といたし　ます。発覚した場合、即刻会場からご退場いただきます。

・特典会中、アーティストに座る／しゃがむ行為を要求することはできません。

・特典会中、お客様の要求においてスタッフが不適当だと判断した場合、お断りする可能　　性がございます。

・スタッフがお客様のお身体やお荷物に触れて誘導する場合がございます。

・スタッフからの「最終集合アナウンス」終了後にお越しいただいた際のご対応はいたしか　ねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・ご参加者様の待機列が途切れ次第、特典会終了となります。

・アーティストの体調不良によりグリーティングが実施できなくなった場合においても、払　い戻し／後日対応はいたしません。

“Take You to the Sky” Launch Event!!!

After about a year and a half of pre-debut activities, the 5-member boy band “TMTS” is set to officially debut.

To celebrate the release of their debut 1st Single, the “Take You to the Sky” Launch Event has been confirmed.

With the concept of “From Shibuya to the World”, their global sound is something you don’t want to miss.
Regardless of age, nationality, or gender, they promise to deliver a live performance without barriers—just for you.

At the Launch Event, in addition to a mini live performance, there will also be a special bonus session.

• Retakes only if faces are unrecognizable due to light/blur.

• No conversation time included.

• Member positions cannot be chosen.

[3 Bonus Tickets] – Freestyle 2-Shot Photo Session

• Stand in the designated spot.

• No physical contact allowed.

• A transparent acrylic panel will be used for the high-touch.

• Pose is free—please decide in advance.

CD Sales Information

Reservation, Pick-up, and Payment Methods for Event Eligible Products

• Payment can only be made in cash. Credit cards, e-money, and QR payments cannot be used.

• Points and discounts are not applicable.

• Reserved products can be picked up at Vanda Records Aeon Mall Tsuchiura Store or shipped (delivery fee: ¥1,200).

• Once purchased, products cannot be refunded, exchanged, or have the pick-up method changed.

• Please confirm payment, bonus ticket, and receipt details at the time of purchase. No corrections afterward.

• Bonus tickets for event products cannot be reserved or held in advance.

• Event products are excluded from in-store campaigns and point promotions.

• Event venue reservations are not eligible for store purchase bonuses.

• Pick-up period: 4 weeks from the release date. Items cannot be picked up after the period, and refunds will not be issued.

• Products from different venues cannot be shipped together.

Reservation Method

• Reservations are completed via customer smartphone/mobile (except some models).

• Phone number and email address are required. Make sure to allow emails from noreply@lbb-r.com.

• Payment is made in full in cash at the venue.

• Reservation steps: Scan QR code (posted at venue) → Click “New Registration” → Fill in required information → Select delivery method → Select products/quantity → Confirm order → Payment number & QR code issued → Show at register and pay → Receive benefits (bonus tickets, priority area tickets, etc.).

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes after reservation.

Product Pick-up

• Store pick-up available from the evening before the release date.

• Pick-up period: 4 weeks from release date.

• Please present My Page screen and ID when picking up. Third-party pick-up requires prior registration of their name and phone number.

• Plastic bags are charged (¥3–¥10 depending on size). Eco bags recommended.

Delivery Option

• Products will ship about one week after release date. Delivery may take an additional 3–4 days depending on conditions.

• Please refrain from contacting the store for delivery status during that time.

Notes / Prohibited Acts

• Event times may vary depending on the day’s progress.

• Please watch within the designated viewing area.

• If space remains in the front area, customers without tickets may be guided to the back of the line.

• If you feel unwell during the event, please notify nearby staff.

• In case of emergencies, only first aid will be provided; organizers, performers, and facilities hold no further responsibility.

• Photos/videos of the venue, including the audience, may be publicly released.

• Fan letters/gifts must be placed in the designated box. Direct handovers are prohibited.

• Travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense. Even if the event is canceled, these will not be reimbursed.

• Please follow staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.

• Disturbing acts inside/outside the venue are prohibited.

• This event is held inside a commercial facility. Please be considerate of non-participating visitors.

• Sitting on the floor or obstructing shops is strictly forbidden.

• Customers who receive three warnings at TMTS-related events will be permanently banned. Severe violations may result in immediate banning.

Live Guidelines

• Due to venue rules, cheering calls and jumping are prohibited.

• No raising penlights, towels, fans, or headgear above shoulder height.

• Members may enter the audience during performances—no physical contact allowed.

• No excessive demands with signs/fans, etc.

• Unauthorized filming/recording is strictly prohibited.

Bonus Ticket & Front Area Ticket Rules

• 1 front area ticket per customer with purchase of eligible product(s).

• Ticket exchange/transfer prohibited.

• Distribution ends when capacity is reached.

• If bonus sessions are clearly expected to exceed the allocated time, ticket distribution may end early.

• Lost/stolen/damaged tickets will not be reissued.

• Tickets are distributed randomly and limited to 1 per person.

• Please gather at the designated meeting point at the assigned time.

Bonus Session Guidelines

• No physical contact, inappropriate speech/behavior, interrogation, or attempts to obtain personal info.

• Do not overstay after your session.

• Do not hand gifts/letters directly—use the designated box.

• No filming/recording while waiting.

• Demanding members to sit/crouch is prohibited.

• If requests are deemed inappropriate, staff may refuse.

• If you arrive after the final call, participation will not be possible.

• The bonus session ends once the waiting line is gone.

• Even if canceled due to member illness, no refunds or rescheduling.

• Spreading false reports of the bonus session on SNS is prohibited.
