【CD予約方法】

・当日の状況により、購入枚数制限を設けさせていただく場合がございます。

・ご予約の登録および受付は、当日イベント会場のみ有効です。

・ご予約の登録は、お客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)からの対応となります。

・ご予約の登録には、お客様の携帯電話番号・メールアドレスが必要となります。

・『towerrecords.co.jp』のドメインからメールが配信されますので、予め受信が出来るように、ご自身の端末の設定をご確認ください。

・ご予約登録の際は、イベント会場に告知されているQRコードをお客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)から読み取ってください。表示された画面の「空メールを作成　する」ボタンを押して、差出人のアドレスをご確認の上、そのまま空メールを送信してください。

・「予約登録のご案内」メールが届いたら、メール本文のURLを開いて予約登録画面へアクセスしてください。

・ご希望の予約商品をお選びいただき、数量・特典・注意事項を確認しながらご予約内容を入力して登録してください。

・ご予約商品は、タワーレコード アリオ上尾店での受け取りもしくは配送(別途、送料900円)のいずれかをお選びいただけます。

・配送をご希望の場合、お会計毎に、送料のお支払いが必要となります。送り先が同じ場合でも、精算後送料のおまとめは出来ませんので、予めご了承ください。

・予約登録が完了すると決済用ORコードが表示されます。この時点ではご予約は完了していませんので、決済用QRコードを会場のレジ窓口へご提示ください。

・ご予約内容を確認後、商品に応じた特典をお渡しします。決済確定後の変更・キャンセル及び受取拒否は出来ません。

・ご予約商品お支払い後、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールが届きますので、この時点で予約受付が完了します。店頭にてお受け取りの際に必要となりますの　で、大切に保管してください。万が一、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」　メールが届いてない場合は、必ずスタッフまでお尋ねください。

【CDの受け取りに関して】

・店舗での商品お受け取りは、2025/10/1(水)以降となります。
・商品のお取り置き期間は発売日から4週間となります。
・お取り置き期限終了後は、商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。
・商品お受け取りの際、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メール内のご注文情報のURLを開いて、受け取り用のバーコードをご提示ください。バーコードは入荷日

　より表示されます。
・配送を希望された方は、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールのご注文情報に記載の発送予定日より順次配送いたします。
・長期不在や住所不明、不在受取の連絡が取れない等、期間までに商品を受け取りいただけない場合、期間以降に商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。

【注意事項／禁止事項】

・イベント時間は当日の進行状況で前後する場合がございます。

・本イベントは夏場の開催となる為、帽子、タオル、冷却ハンディーファンの持参やこまめな水分補給・適度な塩分補給・休憩を取るなど熱中症対策をとった上でご参加ください。

・ご観覧の際は決められたエリアの内でご観覧お願いします。

・前方エリアに空きがある場合は、整理券をお持ちでないお客様を最後尾にてご案内する可能性がございます。

・イベント中に気分が優れない、体調が悪くなった際はお近くのスタッフまでお知らせください。また周りのお客様で体調の急変や不調が見受けられる方がいらっしゃった場合もス　タッフにお知らせください。

・有事の際、応急処置はさせていただきますが、その後に関する責任や補償は主催者、出演者、施設関係者は一切負いかねます。

・客席を含む会場内外の映像、写真が一般に公開される場合がございます。

・ファンレターやプレゼントはプレゼントBOXにお持ちください。アーティストに直接渡す行為は禁止いたします。

・会場までの交通費、宿泊費等はお客様ご自身のご負担となります。万が一、イベントが中止になった場合も同様となりますので予めご了承ください。

・イベント中はスタッフの指示に従っていただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。指示に従っていただけない場合、会場からご退場いただく場合がございます。

・会場内外で他のお客様の迷惑になる行為はおやめください。

・会場は商業施設内となります。イベントに参加されないお客様も多数おられます。どうぞご留意願います。

・通行のためのスペース確保にご協力ください。

・館内での座り込みや営業店舗への迷惑行為などは固く禁止いたします。

・TMTSが関連するイベントでスタッフより警告を三回受けたお客様は、出入り禁止措置とさせていただきます。

・行為等が悪質であった場合、三回の警告を待たずして出入り禁止措置を実施する場合がございます。

・出入り禁止措置を受けたお客様の入場は一切お断りいたします。

 

【LIVEガイドライン】

・メンバーから案内がない場面で、大声で歌唱する行為／過剰な声掛け等はご遠慮ください。

・ライブ中、ペンライト、タオル、うちわ、被り物などを肩より上に上げる行為はご遠慮ください。

・ライブ中、メンバーが客席に降りてパフォーマンスをする場合がございます。接触は禁止となりますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

・フリップ／うちわ等で過剰な要求をする行為はご遠慮ください。

・許可のない撮影/録音は禁止となります。

 

【特典券・前方エリア整理券】

・前方エリア整理券は対象の商品を一点以上お買い上げの方を対象に配布となります。

・前方エリア整理券の配布はお一人様1枚までとなります。

・券の交換、譲渡は禁止です。

・券の配布は定員に達し次第終了いたします。

・特典券の配布状況から、設けられた特典会の時間より明らかに超過すると判断した場合、特典券の配布を終了する可能性があります。

・券類はご自身で管理をお願いいたします。

【特典会ガイドライン】

・アーティストへの接触行為、アーティストが不快に感じる言動（叱責／問い詰める行為な　ど）、個人情報を聞き出す行為、特典会時間を過ぎての居座り行為、プレゼントや手紙な　どを直接渡す行為（プレゼントBOXにお持ちください）、グリーティング及び待機中の録音／録画／撮影行為、その他、スタッフが不適切と判断する言動は一切禁止といたし　ます。発覚した場合、即刻会場からご退場いただきます。

・特典会中、アーティストに座る／しゃがむ行為を要求することはできません。

・特典会中、お客様の要求においてスタッフが不適当だと判断した場合、お断りする可能性がございます。

・スタッフがお客様のお身体やお荷物に触れて誘導する場合がございます。

・スタッフからの「最終集合アナウンス」終了後にお越しいただいた際のご対応はいたしかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・ご参加者様の待機列が途切れ次第、特典会終了となります。

・アーティストの体調不良によりグリーティングが実施できなくなった場合においても、払い戻し／後日対応はいたしません。

TMTS Debut 1st Single “Take You to the Sky” Launch Event

After about a year and a half of preparation, the 5-member boy band TMTS will officially debut.
To celebrate the release of their debut 1st single, a “Take You to the Sky” Launch Event will be held!

With the concept “From Shibuya to the World”, TMTS delivers a global sound that transcends age, nationality, and gender. They aim to bring a live performance without barriers—directly to you.
The launch event will feature a mini live performance as well as special bonus sessions.

Time Schedule

• Merchandise sales & priority area ticket distribution: from 11:00
  (Merchandise sales continue until the end of the bonus event.)
• Priority area admission:
  • Part 1: from 12:45
  • Part 2: from 15:45
• Free admission: begins 5 minutes before each show

Purchase Benefits

• With the reservation of one or more eligible products, you will receive one priority area admission ticket for each part of the event.
• Ticket numbers will be distributed randomly.
• For each eligible product reserved, you will receive one bonus ticket.
• For every purchase of three or more items in a single transaction, you will receive one lottery ticket.

About the lottery ticket

• Customers with a lottery ticket may participate in one lottery draw at the sales booth.
• Winners will receive one randomly selected limited-edition postcard (5 types total).

• Conducted through a transparent acrylic panel.
• Physical contact is not permitted.
• Please stand in the designated position.
• Remove all accessories from your hands before participating.

[2 bonus tickets] Group Photo Session (Pose Designated)

• Please stand in the designated position.
• Physical contact is not permitted.
• Poses (3 types) will be announced on the day; you may choose one.
• Photos will be taken with the customer’s smartphone/mobile device.
• Screen recording, audio recording, and live photo mode are prohibited.
• Retakes only if faces are not clearly visible due to overexposure or blur.
• No conversation time included.
• Members’ positions cannot be specified.

[3 bonus tickets] Two-Shot Photo Session (Free Pose)

• Please stand in the designated position.
• Physical contact is not permitted.
• Conducted through a transparent acrylic panel.
• Pose is free (please decide in advance).
• Photos will be taken with the customer’s smartphone/mobile device.
• Screen recording, audio recording, and live photo mode are prohibited.
• Retakes only if faces are not clearly visible due to overexposure or blur.
• No conversation time included.
• Members cannot be asked to hold objects.

 

Payment Method

• Payment is cash only.
• Credit cards, electronic money, QR code payments, coupons, and point cards are not accepted.

 

CD Reservation Method

• Depending on the situation on the day, purchase limits may be applied.
• Reservations are only valid at the event venue on the day.
• Reservations must be completed using the customer’s smartphone/mobile phone (some devices excluded).
• A mobile phone number and email address are required.
• Please ensure you can receive emails from the domain towerrecords.co.jp.
• Scan the QR code displayed at the venue to begin the reservation process.
• Follow the instructions to send a blank email, then access the reservation registration screen via the reply email.
• Select your desired product, quantity, and confirm the details before completing registration.
• Products can be received either at Tower Records Ario Ageo store or via delivery (delivery fee ¥900 per order).
• After registration, a payment QR code will be displayed. Reservation is not complete until payment is made at the venue register.
• After payment, you will receive an email titled “[Do Not Delete] Payment Completed / Pickup Information”. This email is required for pickup, so please keep it safe.

(Customers without smartphones/mobile phones should ask staff at the venue for assistance.)

 

CD Pickup

• In-store pickup will be available from Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
• Items will be held for four weeks from the release date.
• After the holding period, products cannot be collected and refunds will not be issued.
• For pickup, present the barcode included in the confirmation email.
• For delivery, items will be shipped starting from the scheduled shipping date listed in your order confirmation email.
• Failure to receive due to long absence, incorrect address, or unconfirmed delivery will result in cancellation without refund.
• Additional costs for redelivery/forwarding will be borne by the customer.

Notes & Prohibited Actions

• Event schedule may change depending on the day’s progress.
• As this is a summer event, please take precautions against heatstroke (hat, towel, water, etc.).
• Please stay within designated viewing areas.
• If there are vacancies in the priority area, customers without tickets may be admitted at the end of the line.
• If you feel unwell during the event, notify staff immediately.
• Organizers, performers, and venue staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses beyond first aid.
• Photos and videos may be recorded for public release.
• Fan letters and gifts must be placed in the designated gift box (do not hand directly to members).
• Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the customer, even in the event of cancellation.
• Please follow staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.
• Disturbing behavior inside/outside the venue is prohibited.
• The venue is inside a commercial facility; please respect non-participating visitors.
• Sitting on the floor or obstructing passageways is prohibited.
• Customers who receive three warnings from staff at TMTS-related events will be banned. In serious cases, bans may be enforced without prior warning.

 

Live Guidelines

• Please refrain from loud singing or excessive shouting unless prompted by members.
• Do not raise penlights, towels, fans, or other items above shoulder height.
• If members perform within the audience, no contact is allowed.
• Excessive requests via signs or fans are prohibited.
• Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited.

 

Bonus & Priority Tickets

• Priority area tickets are distributed with purchase of one or more eligible products.
• Only one ticket per person.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Distribution ends once the limit is reached.
• If the number of bonus tickets distributed exceeds the scheduled time, distribution may end early.
• Please manage your tickets carefully. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be reissued.
• Customers with priority area tickets must gather at the designated meeting point at the specified time.

 

Bonus Event Guidelines

• Any physical contact with members, inappropriate behavior, interrogating, or handing items directly to members is prohibited.
• Recording, filming, or lingering after your session is not allowed.
• Asking members to sit, kneel, or take uncomfortable positions is prohibited.
• Staff may refuse customer requests deemed inappropriate.
• Staff may guide participants by lightly touching their shoulders or belongings.
• Once the final call is made, late arrivals will not be accepted.
• Bonus events will end once the waiting line is finished.
• If a member is unable to participate due to health issues, refunds or rescheduling will not be provided.
• Spreading false reports of the bonus event on social media is prohibited.
